“TOTAL Advance” will be the second activity of the project, dedicated to trainers with average experience in implementation of training for young people, with clear need to learn about trainer’s portfolio, development, competences, development of a learningplan, and other skills and knowledge necessary for professional trainer’s work.
Once someone starts to run trainings and gains some experience, they develop their own styles and ways of work, but at the same time there is a need for standardization and professionalization of work of youth trainers. Therefore, TOTAL Advance has the following objectives:
- To educate trainers from partner organisations about trainers’ portfolio, trainers’ development, competences, development of learning plan, and other skills and knowledge relevant for professional trainers work.
- To develop innovative approaches to training related to inclusion of young people.
- To come up with innovative training tools, share it, test it and prepare for use in the future.
- To strengthen partnership among partner organisations.
